ORLANDO, Fla. (WFLA) — The Orange County Sheriff’s Office released body camera video and interviews that showed the moments after a man was found unresponsive and later died after riding Stardust Racers at Universal’s Epic Universe in September.
The District Nine Medical Examiner’s Office ruled that Kevin Rodriguez Zavala’s death on Sept. 17, 2025, was accidental. He died from multiple blunt impact injuries.
