JAMES CITY COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — Three teens have been charged with second-degree murder in the death of a 15-year-old boy Sunday, James City County Police said.

Omari-Ahmad T. Martin, 18, of Williamsburg, a 17-year-old boy from York County and a 16-year-old boy from James City County have each been charged with second-degree murder and the use or a firearm in the commission of a felony. The two teens under 18 have also been charged with possession of a firearm by a juvenile.
Martin is being held at the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail without bond, while both teens under 18 are being held in the Merrimac Juvenile Detention Center.
