City offices in Wilmington will be closed on Friday, April 3 for Good Friday. Because of the holiday, sanitation collection will run on a modified schedule:
- Monday, March 30: East of I‑95 – Trash
- Tuesday, March 31: West of I‑95 – Trash
- Wednesday, April 1: East of I‑95 – Recycling
- Thursday, April 2: West of I‑95 – Recycling
- Friday, April 3: No collection (City holiday)
Residents can get updates by signing up for text alerts from the Department of Public Works. To enroll, dial 3‑1‑1 and ask to opt in to SMS alerts or register online.
