Seafood manicotti from La Contea Italiano Ristorante
This was my first time at La Contea, and I was overwhelmingly surprised. I can’t believe I hadn’t been before.
I opted for the seafood manicotti as an entree, which features noodles filled with cream cheese, ricotta, spinach, shrimp and crab then baked in a vodka sauce. It was mouthwatering. Each bite offered a different flavor profile from the last, and I’m excited at the prospect of going again to try something new.
