Niemann Foods has purchased the final three locations of Jerry’s Hardware & Rental, according to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. Jerry’s, which until last year had operated five hardware stores throughout Minnesota, announced the closure of its locations in Maple Grove and St. Louis Park toward the end of 2025.
Now, it appears Jerry’s Hardware owner, Jerry’s Enterprises, Inc., is exiting hardware altogether. With the sale to Niemann, however, the hardware stores themselves will remain—albeit under the banner of Ace Hardware rather than its previous Do it Best affiliation…
