Starting summer 2026, crews will begin a major repair and resurfacing project on Highway 77/Cedar Avenue between 138th St. in Apple Valley and the Minnesota River bridge in Eagan. The work will continue through fall 2027, with additional bridge repairs between I-494 in Richfield and the river bridge running through fall 2028.
