WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A 5-year-old child is dead and an 8-year-old is in critical condition after a third child shot them, the Kansas Bureau of Investigation says.
It happened shortly after 3 p.m. Saturday near Kansas Highway 41 and Avenue N near Kanopolis Lake.
