SPOKANE, Wash. – The man arrested on Thursday after a lengthy SWAT standoff at a Spokane Zip’s Drive-In made his first appearance in court Monday.
According to court documents, Joseph Lee Sutton-Kaley is facing charges of intimidating a public servant, assault in the second degree, obstruction and resisting arrest.
Bond was set over the weekend at $10,000, but it was increased to $25,000 by the judge at the request of the prosecution.
