ALBANY — Mayor Dorcey Applyrs has named a city religious leader to the Community Police Review Board.
The Rev. Marc Johnson was named to the body on Friday. Johnson is the founder and pastor of the St. John’s Love Covenant Ministries and has previously served on a similar police oversight board in Binghamton, the mayor’s office said.
