A 57-year-old man has been charged with committing several violations of drug trafficking laws after a nearly year-long federal investigation.
A grand jury returned an indictment charging Marcus Hopper, of Cleveland, with Possession with the Intent to Distribute cocaine, MDMA (ecstasy), and cocaine base (crack).
According to court documents, federal agents executed search warrants in February 2026 at two residences after an intensive, multi-state investigation that was conducted over several months.
