ERIE, Pa. (EYT) – Franklin native Jordan Saeli ventured off to Erie County back in 2013 to attend Edinboro University. Thirteen years later, the Franklin Area High School graduate remains in Erie County and is now at another institution of higher education.
Saeli has been at Gannon University since December 2018 and has worked her way into roles as the Associate Director of Annual Giving and Alumni Communications and an Adjunct Lecturer for the School of Communications and Arts.
Saeli didn’t always intend to enter the world of higher education as an employee. About a year after graduating from Edinboro in 2017, deep down she realized she was not fulfilled in her life or career. She was working for a recruiting and staffing agency, helping folks find jobs and build careers. But she knew the happiest days of her life were made as a college student at Edinboro. Not knowing where to turn, she reached out to a mentor in Dr. Anthony Esposito, one of her professors in the Mass Communications and Media Studies program at Edinboro.
