LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Getting around downtown Lexington just got easier.
On Monday, March 30, Lextran announced the launch of LexRide, a new seasonal transportation service designed to connect Lexington’s entertainment districts beginning April 2.

“We’re excited to introduce LexRide as a new way to experience Lexington,” Lextran General Manager Fred Combs said. “This is a great example of partnership turning into real, everyday benefits for our community.”
LexRide will connect destinations including Downtown Lexington, the Distillery District, and the Warehouse Block/National Avenue area, eliminating the need to navigate parking, traffic, or multiple rideshare trips.
The service will run from 4 p.m. to midnight, withbuses running every 12-15 minutes. LexRide can be tracked using the MyStop mobile app, like other Lextran routes…
