A local dog owner is seeking the public’s help in identifying a man and his dog following a violent incident at the West Hollywood Dog Park earlier this month.
The attack occurred on March 22 at approximately 11:30 a.m. at the West Hollywood Small Dog Park, according to the victim’s owner, Molly, who is now offering a reward for information.
