LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Misty Noel, the ex-wife of convicted former Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel, is scheduled for early release after serving 10 months out of her 18-month sentence.
In May of 2025, Misty Noel pleaded guilty to five counts of theft and five counts of tax evasion. She was sentenced to 18 months in prison, which she began serving on July 3, 2025, followed by 4.5 years of probation.
