HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – A man and woman from the Myrtle Beach area are facing charges after police say a minor tested positive for fentanyl.
Jail records show Horry County police charged Antonio Marigliano, 34, with two counts of a person who has charge/custody of a child places the child at risk/harm or abandons, and charged Joella Fiore, 31, with two counts of unlawful conduct toward a child.
Arrest warrants state that in a Jan. 28 interview, the minor said Marigliano and Fiore took the minor to get narcotics and left a powdery substance unsecured in the house.
Almost a month later, on Feb. 26, Marigliano and Fiore tested positive for fentanyl after court-ordered hair follicle drug screens, the warrants said…
