Construction has begun on a 30-unit housing complex in San Bernardino for homeless veterans.
The $28 million project at 1351 N. E St. broke ground March 25 and is expected to be completed in March 2027, said Penny Sachs, development and communications manager for U.S. VETS Inland Empire, the project’s developer.
