ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A Rochester woman is in custody after police said they found her inside a car with a handgun and her two children.
Early Tuesday morning, the Rochester Police Department received a ShotSpotter activation on Garson Avenue. They said they found evidence of gunfire, but nothing was struck.
