It’s time to get sauced. In a sentence we wouldn’t have ever dreamt up independently, there’s a Chicken Nugget Bar Crawl in Downtown St. Pete this weekend, multiple dipping sauces included. The event takes place this Saturday, April 4, from 12-4 pm.
How does it work? It’s like a beer fest, but instead of a pretzel necklace and beer tickets, you get a pile of nuggies and your choice of beverages. At the first stop of the crawl, you’ll load up with a literal bucket of chicken nuggets and sauces, snag your free drink that comes with the nugget ticket, and then work your way through downtown with nuggets in hand. Fair or fowl, it seems just the one stop is nugget heaven, and the rest provide drinks to wash them down with. Tickets are available here.
It really is the adult version of a Happy Meal. The participating bars are even rolling out special fast food-themed cocktail menus. There will be an entire sauce station for you to select from, and each ticket comes with a bucket to load up your nuggets in and carry them around the block.
