A suspect in the fatal stabbing of a man in a Barrio Logan alley was behind bars Monday.
Geoffrey Thomas Goodwell, 45, was arrested Sunday for allegedly stabbing 28-year-old Abdifatah Hussein to death two days earlier, according to the San Diego Police Department.
