LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. (WWSB) – Residents say they continue to be targets of a growing check theft problem, with the latest case targeting a charitable donation.
Steve Roberts said his foundation lost $2,500 meant for a cancer hospital after thieves stole and altered the check.
