State Police arrested a Syracuse man in connection with a vandalism incident involving a FedEx vehicle in Cortland County.
Police say Brian G. Martin Jr., 28, of Syracuse was taken into custody around 12:18 a.m. on March 27 and charged with Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree, a felony.
According to police, the investigation began on October 12, 2025, when State Police in North Syracuse responded to a report at a FedEx facility on New Venture Gear Drive in the Town of DeWitt.
