North Bergen residents can get help applying for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) this April. PACO’s mobile enrollment team will be at the NB Rec Center & Library (1231 Kennedy Blvd.) on April 1 from 12–2 p.m., and at the 81st Street Library (510 81st Street) on April 22 from 10 a.m.–12 p.m.
