AUSTIN (KXAN) — A man was convicted March 12 in connection with two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and two counts of indecency with a child by sexual contact, according to the Travis County District Attorney’s Office.
Francisco Villafranca-Funes, 48, will serve 60 years for each of the two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and 15 years for each of the two counts of indecency with a child by sexual contact. All of his sentences will run concurrently, the DA’s office said.
