JANESVILLE, Wis. (WTVO) — A former Beloit police officer charged with felony false imprisonment and two misdemeanors in a November domestic dispute has reached a plea agreement with prosecutors, according to court records.
Terrell R. English, 26, appeared Thursday, March 26, in Rock County Circuit Court. Judge Ashley Morse set a plea and sentencing hearing for 10:15 a.m., May 26.
