WARE, Mass. (WWLP) – A suspect has been arrested in Kansas as a fugitive from justice in connection with a rape investigation in Ware.
The Ware Police Department stated that detectives began investigating 34-year-old Louis Paul Suzor in November 2025 based on an incident that occurred approximately 15 years ago. Suzor reportedly began harassing the victim and their family more recently and made threats.
Ware police detectives, alongside detectives from the Hampshire County State Police Detective Unit, were able to gather enough evidence to establish probable cause and obtain an arrest warrant for Suzor for the charge of rape on March 16…
