At least one person died in a crash that closed Interstate 5 northbound in Woodburn for more than three hours March 30, police said.
The collision occurred just south of Exit 271 at around 8 p.m., an Oregon Department of Transportation spokesperson said. Crews closed two of the highway’s three lanes until 10 p.m., then closed every lane and directed traffic onto the shoulder.
