Development on Eugene’s Butterfly Lot next to the Lane County Farmers Market Pavilion is on the horizon.
Dan Neal, founder of Paradigm Properties, shared preliminary plans for the 0.67-acre parcel with the Downtown Neighborhood Association March 25.
