Oscar Salas will launch his second Okinawa restaurant at 1647 Richland Ave. West within weeks. Acropolis Pizza Restaurant once occupied this address before shuttering in February 2025, ending a run that spanned more than four decades.
On March 24, Salas mentioned he wanted doors open by late April. A sign already marks the property. This site will center on hibachi meals and bowls.
