The City of Charlottesville will begin major repairs on the 4th Street and 2nd Street crossings of the Downtown Mall starting April 1, with work expected to finish by June 12. Crews will replace brick and granite pavers, repair concrete, and upgrade storm drains to improve safety and appearance.
