CINCINNATI (WKRC) – The criminal charge against the man who was both a suspect and a victim in a violent brawl last summer in downtown Cincinnati have been dismissed.
Two witnesses who were subpoenaed to testify haven’t responded and didn’t show up so the charge against Alex Tchervinski was dropped.
This was the third attempt at a trial without success…
