Jerald Lowe, a 31-year-old Elmont resident, was behind separate assaults in 2024 and 2025, the Nassau County Police Department said Tuesday, March 31.
Lowe was arguing with a then-35-year-old woman on June 14, 2024, when he slugged her in the face and left her with substantial pain, swelling, and bruising, police said.
Then about 11 months later, Lowe was driving unlicensed and uninsured when he blew a stop sign and collided with another vehicle at the intersection of Lincoln Street and Rosalind Avenue on May 2, 2025, investigators said…
