Columbus council honors fallen airman

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — One day after the remains of three Ohio National Guard airmen returned home, Columbus City Council honored the legacy of the Columbus native who lost his life in service.

The three Ohio airmen died in a refueling crash in Iraq earlier this month. They were 36-year-old Captain Seth Koval, from Stoutsville, 30-year-old Captain Curtis Angst, from Wilmington, and Columbus native, 28-year-old Master Sergeant Tyler Simmons.
