Sharnell Shepherd showed up at the Quality of Life Learning Center on Erie’s east side on March 14 looking for information, compassion and guidance on where to turn next.
“People are having a hard time,” said Shepherd, 52, who said she’s planning to move out of her apartment on East Fourth Street by mid-April in large part because it is infested with mice.
