What started as a routine traffic stop on Georgia 400 quickly escalated into a significant arrest, according to Alpharetta police.
Police say Officer L. Butler was monitoring speeds along GA 400 southbound lanes near Encore Parkway when the officer pulled over a driver for speeding.

During the stop, authorities discovered the driver had multiple outstanding felony warrants out of both Fulton and Cobb counties. Those warrants included probation violations tied to serious charges such as aggravated assault, fleeing and eluding, and obstruction.
