HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — A Harrisburg man faces a third set of charges that include rape after police say he allegedly sexually assaulted a girl inside a car at City Island in 2024.
Harrisburg Police filed felony charges of rape, strangulation and unlawful restraint of a minor on Friday, March 27, against 26-year-old I Marr Finley, of Harrisburg, in connection with the alleged April 6, 2024, sexual assault, court documents said.
