KALAMAZOO, Mich. — A $13.4 million road project on the I-94 and US-131 interchange in Kalamazoo County is causing traffic backups and delays for some drivers.
Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) and Allegan County contractor Milbocker & Sons began construction on the interchange March 2.
