Deputies arrested a Los Angeles County man after they say he tried to kidnap a woman outside a courthouse in Victorville on Monday morning.
The crime took place about 8:40 a.m. March 30 in the parking lot of the Victorville branch of San Bernardino County Superior Court, 14455 Civic Drive, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.
