New details emerge after 3 were arrested during No Kings protest

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — New details have been released regarding the arrests of three men at the No Kings protest on Saturday in Memphis.

During the rally, Reuben Burch, Adam Nelson, and David Rahaim were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting detention, and obstructing a highway, among other charges.

Police say Burch pulled out his phone and began recording and cursing at a task force officer while walking towards him. That’s when the officer pulled out a canister of pepper spray and sprayed it into the crowd.
