Stockton man found guilty of trafficking minors from foster facility

(FOX40.COM) — A Stockton man has been found guilty of sex trafficking and abusing multiple minors who were living at a local foster youth residential facility, according to the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office.

Ron Freitas from the DA’s office announced Tuesday that David Hall was convicted following a court trial of several felony charges, including human trafficking of three minors, lewd acts on a child under 14, and oral copulation with a minor.
