The Sevierville Police Department has arrested 34-year-old Enrique Estrada Martinez of Knoxville in connection with a fatal hit-and-run that occurred early March 30, 2026. Investigators say Martinez was driving a Ford Transit van when he struck 73-year-old Henry Smith of Kentucky on Winfield Dunn Parkway (Highway 66) at West Mount Road and left the scene.
