Woman charged after attempting to rob Hendersonville business at knifepoint

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A 23-year-old woman is behind bars after she attempted to rob at Hendersonville business at knifepoint, officials said.

According to the Hendersonville Police Department, officers were sent to a business in the Glenbrook Shopping Center to respond to reports of an attempted aggravated robbery on Tuesday, March 31.

Authorities said a preliminary investigation indicates that 23-year-old Caroline Walker, of Hendersonville, made a purchase before taking out a knife and demanding money from the cashier.

When the cashier refused to comply, she reportedly ran out of the store. The HPD said officers immediately canvassed the area and found clothing that Walker was believed to be wearing in a trashcan outside a nearby business…
