VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A child died following a reported drowning incident at a hotel pool in the 800 block of Atlantic Avenue in Virginia Beach Sunday afternoon.
According to officials, Emergency Communication and Citizen’s Services (ECCS) received a call around 2:24 p.m. for a drowning.
