Industrial auction and appraisal firm Tauber Arons announced that it will hold an auction next month to sell the assets of a “major” spice production facility in Southern California.
The Oceanside, California, plant was operated by American Food Export LLC. Its assets include mixing tanks, ribbon blenders, induction sealers, automated labeling systems, forklifts and other equipment used in spice blending, processing and packaging.
“This auction represents an exceptional opportunity for buyers to acquire clean, late-model equipment from a fully operational spice production facility,” Tauber Arons President and CEO Tony Arons said in a statement. “With demand continuing to grow in the food processing and private label sectors, these assets provide a cost-effective way for companies to expand capacity or enhance their current operations.”…
