Toledo City Council has approved a $1 billion budget for 2026, but council members warned that dipping into the city’s reserves is not sustainable.
The total operating budget of $1,009,612,154 was passed Tuesday by a vote of 11-0. Councilman John Hobbs III was absent from the meeting.
