Kids ages 6–15 can learn to fish this spring break at DNREC’s Take A Kid Fishing! events, part of Delaware’s Earth Month celebration. Families can join one of three free sessions from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.:
- April 7: Bellevue State Park, Wilmington
- April 8: Silver Lake Park, Dover
- April 9: Trap Pond State Park, Laurel
The events are hosted by DNREC’s Aquatic Resources Education Center and local park partners.
