CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Update:
On Tuesday night, CCPD officials identified the suspect as Matthew Grimaldo, 30.
According to the Nueces County Sheriff’s Office, he is charged with:
- Continuous violence against the family (no bond)
- Tampering with an electronic monitoring device (no bond)
- Interfering with an emergency request for assistance ($5,000 bond)
- Terroristic threat against a public servant ($5,000 bond)
- Assault causing bodily injury to a family member ($5,000 bond)
- Terroristic threat causing fear of imminent serious bodily injury ($5,000 bond)
- Violating a bond or protective order ($5,000 bond)
- Criminal mischief between $100 and $750 ($1,000 bond)
