The St. Charles man accused of filming upskirt videos of women in public is being denied pretrial release.
The Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office says 30-year-old Jascent M. Harvey is facing more than 50 new criminal charges, including production of child sexual abuse material, unauthorized recording of victims under 18, and other offenses. He was arrested Saturday and ordered detained Monday.
