For those of us in the Treasure Valley that have ever worked customer service jobs, you know exactly how stressful the jobs can be. People are paying for goods and services and some folks have very, very high expectations. They’re spending hard earned money–you want to do your job and deliver for them, but sometimes mistakes happen.
