TEMPE, Ariz. — A train passing through Tempe apparently collided with itself Tuesday morning near College Avenue and Broadway Road.
The Tempe Police Department said one of the train’s containers had fallen off its wheels, but the train was not derailed.
Police said there’s no hazard to the public, but access to College Avenue may be restricted, and Daley Park had been evacuated…
