The man accused of crashing his Mercedes into a Ford Mustang on Lancaster Drive and killing its 54-year-old driver was arraigned March 30 on manslaughter, DUI and other charges.
Romel Onterro Villarreal, 36, was arrested March 28 and held without bail in the Marion County Jail after Marion County Circuit Court Judge Michelle Vlach-ing cited him as a risk to public safety.
